A different point of view - del 76

Kap 76

Kaname:

I knew it right from the start when I gave the task to Izumi. He is always to dumbstruck to obey whatever mission I give him. I sighed, and started walking to the front door where he lived.
I noticed from far behind that the door was not locked; it had also a broken window in the upper part of the house. That means that one of the Vampires had slipped away from the massacre in the court.
He had also yet without a plan assaulted at Izumi. I pushed a little bit on the front door, seeing as the door had not been closed properly.
And to my surprise, I found a young maiden standing before me with her hands covering her mouth when her eyes found something horrible. I followed her gaze and found Izumi lying on the floor, muttering a few curses.
I couldn’t help but give away a low chuckle; it was what he was worth for now.
The young girl looked towards me and begged for help, she was hysterical. I put my hand up on the air for her to shut up for a while. And then went towards Izumi whom had been lying on the floor with a spear pushed against in his stomach.
“You should be lucky the man avoided the heart” I told him as I stood there looking down at him.
He cursed louder, “Kaname, I’d be very happy without these pitying words.”
I then grabbed the spear and I could hear him gasp a little bit, “Then for once, start following my orders properly” I sighed, “Then you wouldn’t need to go through this”
I pushed the spear out of him, as I did, I could feel it go slowly out of his body, and how the muscles and skin had made the pushing very slow. He gasped a lot louder and then his wounds started to heal as the spear came out.
The young girl had hunched down beside Izumi and had her arm around Izumi’s head to give him support as he tried to sit up right.
He looked up at me with very cold eyes, and I couldn’t help but smile at that.
“He fled” Izumi said
“So I heard” I replied.
The young girl then looked at me with yet also cold eyes.
“How can you act cool when he’s lying here hurt? Call an ambulance.”
I sighed yet again. First I had to cover for Airi when she exposed herself in front of Jerobian.
Now I had to go through this again? What was I, a messenger? I thought sarcastically.
“Irma…” Izumi said, trying to soothe her.
It felt like a bulb that had been shut for a long time finally blinked. I looked at her and then noticed a few similarities of the Irma from before and the young girl now.
She is the girl from Airi’s childhood. When Airi was human! I exclaimed.
“Irma?” I asked
She examined me for a while and then gasped, “Shinji! Shinji Ichirou!”
“What are you doing here?” I asked puzzled
If she knew my name, then it is that Irma from before, I thought
“That’s what I’m supposed to ask!” She exclaimed, “I never even noticed you from before…when you were with Airi!...” Then she looked a lot more puzzled, “I never knew you had a sister?”
Ahhh, problems don’t seem to stop streaming in don’t they? I thought sarcastically.
“You might be in shock for a while. Your Izumi there isn’t going to die. He is half immortal.” I said.
She narrowed her eyes, and looked back at Izumi’s stomach. Izumi’s eyebrows creased and I could feel him getting tense.
Irma then looked back at me, “I knew from the beginning there was something wrong with you two. Spill it” She said as an order.
It was quite ironic, before, when she was little she was a sweet angel. Now she looks like a badass devil. I chuckled, “You’re the same as ever Irma” I said.
Izumi looked forth and back between us, “Now you two are confusing me”
“I seem to be the remedy for all the confusions lately” I said wryly.
Irma held her gaze one me, “Spill. It.” She said determined to know.
“From the beginning, I had always been a…Vampire. Izumi never was one until he was dying. So that leads the two of us half immortal, vampires.”
Irma nodded slowly.
“Airi or you might notice her by, Einlee.”
Irma’s eyes widened, “EINLEE?” She squeaked
“Yes, Airi is Einlee. Now let me finish. Einlee was human first, until she was in an accident and was also dying. My father didn’t accept that, not when he saw fire going on between her and me. So he turned her into a vampire.
“A vampire cannot carry their human name because that can trigger their past. This could lead them into disappearance. However, there’s an exception between me and Izumi. We are real Pure Bloods, them whom hold real rich bloods. Einlee is not, which could lead her to disappear. So don’t ever let her know what the bond you had with her before.” I told her everything.
She nodded in some parts and seemed very composed and understanding. I could partly understand why she was calm. We knew each other for our whole lives and we knew also that nobody of us could harm each other.
Izumi frowned, “There’s nothing between you two right?”
At hearing that I had an urge to just slap the open mouthed shit out of him. But I didn’t need to do it when there was a badass devil here, she slapped him instead.
“I could never leave you” She told him.
He laughed, “I know, I know. Besides, Kaname was his eyes on his precious sister. What a taboo you’ve committed” He said, trying to sound evil.
I narrowed my eyes, “Nice to see how you stalk people” I told him.
He laughed.
They then went to Airi, and to go and get Mizuki and Jerre. While I had to go and finish something which was left unfinished.
